Dissolved gas concentrations in sea water vary with temperature,
and with the presence of  oxygen producing organisms, and with depth.

Three common gases are
Nitrogen, perhaps 5 to 10 mL/L
Oxygen             4 mL/L in surface layers  1mL/L lower than 200 meters
Carbon dioxide  1 mL/L surface layers  5+ mL/L below 200 meters
