[PW] Cost of training a Navy Seal/Army Ranger

The patron is asking for the cost to train a Seal or Ranger. Found an article in the LOS ANGELES TIMES that gave a specific figure for Seals: $77,700 per Seal who successfully completes the course. Trouble is, this article is dated 26 April 1987. I was hoping for a more current figure, but have run into a stone wall. Have Googled and looked through our library's article databases to no result.
