[PW] Vietnam Vets and VFW

It appears women, at least, weren't admitted until 1978. I didn't find
any other such disclaimers for Vietnam or Korean vets on the VFW
official page's timeline. I did find an article stating that a lot of
Vietnam Vets had avoided the VFW initially but now make up the largest
percentage from any war (1/3).

other veterans ever excluded, e.g. Desert Storm?
