Here's a reference question that has me absolutely stumped. I am trying to
research average internet access fees per 100 kilobytes.  An article in the
Harvard Business Review states that Japan's is $.06, USA's $1.77
("Entrepreneurial Japan." February 2007.  Pages 23-24).  Where I can find
more information on other countries specifically India, Singapore Taiwan and
Malaysia?
