[PW] Children's Book About A Woman Pirate

I don't know about the cover, but Morgan Llywelyn did a juvie book called
Grania: She-King of the Irish Seas. It came out originally in 1986 but has
just been reprinted.
I'm going by the part about it being someone who usually wrote for adults.
There are several juvie books about Grania/ Grace O'Malley. One of the best
known is by Emily Arnold McCulley, but she's known more for her children's
books.
