[PW] Inexperienced people in occupations who then excel at them

There must be a huge list of people who excelled in something and Hollywood 
snapped them up and they became well known in films

Audie Murphy, Johnny Weissmuller (not sure of spelling), Gene Autry, Roy 
Rogers, Esther Williams, Sonja Heinie etc.
