Just thought of the one I have heard quoted big-time. It's the title of a book by Sarah Vowell: "Take the Cannoli." The full quote is "Leave the gun. Take the cannoli." 

A younger mob member has just performed a hit in a delicatessen (after getting their cannoli order filled). The senior mob guy with him kindly reminds him to leave the murder weapon, then (since he's rather shook up) has to remind him to take the cannoli.
