Purely recollection, because I don't remember where I read it, but either
the Bureau of Land Management or National Forest Service had proposed
renaming Whorehouse Meadows in the Cascade Mountains in Oregon to Naughty
Girl Meadows. Happened in the 1970s though, not the 1930s.
