[PW] Question Specifically for California Libraries (Sorry everyone else.)

My boss has asked me to submit the following query:

Are there any California libraries that have an "unattended child in the 
library" policy in their city/county codes?  Again, they are looking for 
policies that pertain to any time that the library is open to the 
public, and they are NOT looking for library policies set up by a 
library board. (We know that San Marino has one, and Monterey Park is 
thinking of it.)
