   The annual listing and resource guide Banned Books by Robert Doyle lists the books known to have been banned or challenged each year, usually providing the reason. This title does not appear in the volumes for 1992, 93, or 94. Does anyone have later years?

The following title has appeared on lists of banned and challenged books
over the years, and we have been unable to find out why - what is the
issue?  Does anyone know?
