[PW] citation problems

A nursing instructor gave me some citations from the body of a paper she
wrote several years ago.  She doesn't have the bibliography.  The paper
is in APA style.  The paper is on Imogene King's Goal Attainment Theory.
I was able to find only 5 of the 8 citations.

The citations I was unable to find are:

(Ganot, 1989)

(Austin, Champion 1983)

(Appleton, Chalmer, 1990 Jan 3)

Can anyone help me?  I don't have access to the electronic version of
CINAHL and don't have the paper copies of CINAHL that far back.  I have
checked the FirstSearch version of MEDLINE, WorldCat, and Article1st.

I don't know if these citations are for articles or books.  Several of
the citation she thought were for books actually were for articles.

Please send answers to me as well as to the list.  I'm on the filtered
version of the list.
