[PW] Public fax without staff assistance

Is anyone out there providing a public fax using a third party vendor
that charges to a credit card or a telephone card?  Particularly a
machine that is totally operated by the public without staff
intervention?  Are there libraries out there still using coin-op fax
machines?  I am looking for information on specific vendors or equipment
used.  We are trying to develop a service where the staff will not need
to take the money.
