Subject: [PW] Edgar Guest (?) poem - "Welcome Guest"

I have a patron who is trying to find the full text of a poem she
remembers. She thinks the poet is Edgar Guest. Here's what she
remembers of the poem:

Welcome guest and howdy do
this small room belongs to you
And our house and all that's in it (something, something) minute
If the temperature displeases....

I wonder if this isn't from his NBC TV show, "A Guest in Your Home."

I've tried Grangers editions 9-12, Bartleby, Google, etc. We don't have
any Edgar Guest compilations at this branch, but I've sent for one from
another branch to arrive for my Saturday shift. Anyone able to find
this before Saturday?

Thanks a bunch!
