That was a typo in my email to you all. I did indeed type the correct name,
CARSTEN STROUD, when doing the looking. Sorry about that.

You might want to change the spelling of the author's name to Carsten
Stroud.  Even so I found no information on Steel Jacket in the LC
catalog or Copyright Office listing.  I also checked the National
Library of Canada.
