[PW] Carson Stroud book

I hope someone can help us solve this mystery.  Inside 2 of Carson Stroud's
books,  CUBA STRAIT and COBRAVILLE (both published by Simon and Schuster)
there is a list of other titles by him. One of those titles is STEEL JACKET.
A patron has asked us for it. We cannot find evidence of it's existence
anywhere. We've search in print Contemporary Authors, Biography Index and
anything in our author section of reference. Online, we've searched World
Cat, Amazon US, UK and CA, out-of-print resources, Simonsays.com including
Stroud's page, and everywhere else we can think of.

Stroud is Canadian. Maybe a Canadian on the list has resources we aren't
able to check?  I wondered if it wasn't an alternative title, but all the
other titles I can find of his are also listed on that same page, so it's
not an alternative title for anything on Amazon or anywhere else.  I did
find that BLACK MOON is an alt. title for CUBA STRAIT, but that's all.

The titles are listed in chronological order. The title written just before
STEEL JACKET is DEADLY FORCE, 1996. The one just after is BLACK WATER
TRANSIT, 2001. So one might presume it was written between 1996 and 2001.
(Didn't CBI cease publication in 1999? I suppose if someone has any years
from 1996 on and would be willing to check, that might bear fruit.)
