Sometimes Medline's encyclopedia can "guess" a badly spelled term, like
one of those online dictionaries.

Another idea is to take the name of disease or a description of the
symptoms and search on that to read the treatments. The name of the
drug may pop up.
Or try Merck:
http://www.merck.com/mmhe/index.html
I get this type of query pretty often and that usually solves it.
