WorldCat lists this as _Ameryka_, published in Filadelfiia 
[Philadelphia], Pa. from 1912 to the present by the Providence 
Association of Ukrainian Catholics in America. Libraries that own issues 
from 1950 include the Library of Congress, the New York Public Library, 
and the Center for Research Libraries. It is also available on microfilm.

The Providence Association website is at http://www.provassn.com. 
Someone there may be able to help you: the current issue of the 
newspaper is posted there.

I can't help you get a copy of the article, but maybe someone else out
