From: Janousek, Kelly S. _United States Supreme Court Decisions, 1778-1996: An Index to Excerpts, Reprints, and Discussions, 1980-1995(Scarecrow, 2001), p. 636:
For: Touby v. United States (May 20, 1991) 500 US 160 and 114 LEd2d 219
Only discussion noted: _Supreme Court Yearbook_ (1990-91): 58.
Janousek, a colleague of mine, focuses particularly on identifying the non-legal sources that discuss the Supreme Court decisions, and lists only this one item published as of the end of 1995. She is revising, updating, and extending another earlier title for this sort of thing: Guenther, Nancy Anderman. _United States Supreme Court Decisions: An Index to Excerpts, Reprints, and Discussions_, 2nd edn. (Scarecrow, 1983).

Subject: [PW] Analysis of U. S. Supreme Decision
Project Wombat Community:
I worked with a student in a judicial process class yesterday for over an hour in searching for commentary and analysis about the significance of the U. S. Supreme Court decision, Touby v. United States (1991). Ideally, what he sought were articles from newspapers or periodicals that discussed the significance of the decision. Touby gets into how the U. S. Attorney General administers the schedules for controlled substances. <snip>
