Only "public transportation" in a broad sense, since it is a harbour tour 
run by a private operator, but:

Theodore started off as a  kids' TV series all done with miniature boats, 
but now the full-sized "Theodore Too" runs Halifax Harbour, which was the 
model for "The Big Harbour" in the TV series.
