Are they the ones that use the same technology as millefiori canes of glass or
polymer clay?

If the above is what you want then that's where you get them.  

But I think maybe the ones in the picture above are larger in diameter and not
as long.  I am pretty sure I know which ones you mean.  I don't know what they
are called or how to get them in anything other than a mix.  I will keep an eye
out for them.
