A handful (mouthful?) more:
"Soul Food" (An African-American family sagain which the food is almost a
major character.)
"Soylent Green" (In a futuristic society, a man finds out what the
synthetic miracle food is really made of.)
"The Wedding Banquet" (Despite the title, the food is, again, not THE main
theme.)
"Over the Hedge" (animated; just released; I haven't seen it, but the
trailers make it look as though food is the major theme)
"My Dinner with Andre" (All but a few minutes of the film are spent
sitting at a table conversing over dinner.)
You could make a case for "Charlotte's Web" (where _avoiding_ being eaten
is the main theme).
