Since I don't watch a lot of TV, these are the only ones that have 
penetrated MY consciousness.

Of those, I'd say only "Norm!!!" and "Well, isn't that special?" would 
qualify.  The rest are pretty much niche phrases that don't mean anything if 
you don't watch the show.  Someone else suggested "Not that there's anything 
wrong with that" for Seinfeld, which I hear a lot more often.
