Many years ago, when I was a young man, I read a book which gave valuable 
advice regarding moral and ethical behavior.  It was a relative small book 
and simple in nature.  Specifically, it dealt with issues of chastity and 
the difficulties and problems for those who were not chaste; or those who 
violated chastity but wanted to return to an improved moral and ethical 
position.

Can anyone help?  I have no idea of either the author or the book's title. 
I only know it was available back in the 1950's.
