Nothing likely on this list of awards:
http://www.reagan.utexas.edu/archives/reference/awards.html

But are you sure it was an environmental award?

On April 13 1992, Reagan was receiving a Distinguished Service Award from the National Association of Broadcasters. The venue was the Las Vegas Hilton.

The crystal eagle statue he'd been presented with was grabbed by anti-nuclear activist Rick Springer, who smashed it.

The incident was reported in various places, including:

Washington Post, April 14 1992
New York Times, April 14 1992

If you do a google image search on "Rick Paul Springer", you can find an Associated Press photo of the incident - for example: http://www.raptorial.com/HOF/Springer.html
Obviously it's not legal. But no doubt some of the newspaper coverage will include the AP photo.
