[PW] Ronald Reagan's 90's shove by environmentalist? (Not Hinkley)

A customer wants info. about an incident with Ronald Reagan in the 1990's as Reagan was receiving an environmental award. A man rushed the stage and shoved Reagan, saying "You don't deserve this". He wants the date, organization's name, and photo if possible.
I have checked Google, Gale's Bio. Database, and some books, including Dutch and Ronald Reagan,his life in pictures.
