[PW] Re: ? Israeli soldiers

I am thankful that there were many posts which challenged the
inflammatory one which Chana refers to. I have noticed in other areas
as well people injecting their own politics into postings rather than
just providing information in response to a question posting. I am
sorry to lose Chana to the list. Her point is well taken -- it is all
too easy to pass judgment from 6,000 miles away. Let's please stick to
helping each other with our information needs and reference questions
and save the politics for other lists designed for that purpose.

I just returned from a trip to find hundreds of Stumpers emails
including
this one.

I was about to search and send you sources to refute many of the base
accusations you list here in your letter. From 6000 miles away you know
everything, don't you.

But what is the point?

There is no point in having a discussion with someone who can accuse
some
of my dead friends of murder. And who obviously has no feelings for the
Israeli civilians who spent the summer in bomb shelters being attacked
by
the Hezbollah. It is just so fashionable these days to accuse Israelis
of
just about everything. They used to call that anti-Semitism but I guess
now
fashion dictates that you call it something else.

Please remove my name from the Stumpers list.

I do not wish to associate myself with the group as long as you are
moderator.
