Hi Joan. This may be clutching at straws, but here goes. This is a link to a

Very near the bottom there is a book published in 1931 by Paul LeSourd with
a remarkably similar title to 

the articles. It’s called “L'OEUVRE CIVILISATRICE ET SCIENTIFIQUE DES
MISSIONNAIRES CATHOLIQUES DANS LES COLONIES FRANÇAISES.”
