A 2003 source states that Rall lives with his wife Karel Shimoff in the Los 
Angeles area, where Rall works in the trust department of a local bank.  An 
obituary of Karel Shimoff's mother also listed Marci Shimoff among the 
survivors.  Perhaps she is Karel Shimoff's sister.   I couldn't find a 
listing for Rall or his wife, but you could contact Marci Shimoff to get 
the information you need:
