Here's another negative: A search of Infomart.ca (database of major Canadian

newspapers, business and industry publications, and wire services dating
back 
to the 1980s)  finds no use of petro-imperialism (as one or two words, with
or 
without  hyphen) predating Phillips' American Theocracy.
