[PW] "Toilets in England" is now a Dead Thread

The Project Wombat Advisory Board would like to pronounce the  
"Toilets in England" thread dead, in accordance with the list  
guidelines. (As previously noted: further messages on this subject  
will continue to go out to the Open list automatically, but continued  
posts may cause the sender to be added to the watchlist on "Classic".)

I know it's a wrench, but we feel that this thread must be stopped  
up. Some of those responses were really plumbing the depths, so the  
board is taking the plunge. Let us now wash our hands of the subject,  
and move on to more commodious things.
