Try the movies "The Gods Must Be Crazy" and "The Gods Must Be Crazy 
II."  According to the Internet Movie Database some of the characters 
speak Ungwatsi which has clicks in it.  My faint memory of these films 
does not tell me that the characters spoke, but the IMdB confirms that 
the two children use Ungwatsi.
