[PW] Unable to modify my Project Wombat subscription

Sorry to take this to the list, but it's necessary. For various reasons, it
has become necessary for me to stop receiving PW emails. I need to either
unsubscribe or, preferably, go on "vacation hold."

I think I went through he process correctly but it didn't work:

- I went to the "Project Wombat Open Subscription Management Page" at
http://lists.project-wombat.org/mailman/listinfo/project-wombat-open

- Near the bottom I entered my email address is the field under the section
entitled "Unsubscribe from/Set Options for Project-Wombat-Open"

- I tried what I thought was my password but it failed authentication, so I
clicked on the "Password Reminder" button.

- I never received a password reminder email as it promised, so I decided to
go through the process again and click the "unsubscribe" button. Yet I
wasn't unsubscribed.

I did this several days ago and repeated it all again today. Is this part of
the tool broken? BTW, yes, I did check and make sure I was trying to modify
the subscription with the correct email address.

I'll miss you guys when this finally works.
