Our catalog indicates we have it for 1901, but the volume in question turns out
to be incomplete, and lacks the issue you wanted.  Sorry...

We do have the National Police Gazette.  I searched through them and we 
have June 22, 1901 and July 13, 1901.  We do not have a Police Gazette for 
July 6, 1901.  Let us know if we can be of more help.
