[PW] Archive Searching

A small announcement: the archives are now kinda-sorta-searchable.

Somebody e-mailed me today to ask how to search the archives. I gave
them the usual answer, which is "Mailman doesn't do that, but you can
have Google restrict its search to the Project Wombat list server and
get effectively the same result." (Incidentally, Google's results pop
up a lot faster for me than Listserv's used to when this was
Stumpers, although that may just be because there aren't so many
messages yet.)

In any case, about an hour later, I thought "wait, I should be able
to set up some sort of search function on the web page". After some
trial and error (why did I try to use Javascript at first?) I am
pleased to say that the list subscription management pages now have
search forms on them. So go to

http://lists.project-wombat.org/mailman/listinfo/project-wombat

http://lists.project-wombat.org/mailman/listinfo/project-wombat-fm

or

http://lists.project-wombat.org/mailman/listinfo/project-wombat-open

and use the forms to perform searches. (Or, if Google gets ornery and
blocks searches, you can follow the instructions and link given to do
the same thing manually.)
