Linz, Austria
Dr. Tulzer trained at the University of Vienna; at the General Hospital
and the Pediatric Clinic in Linz; and at the Children's Hospital of
Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania. He is currently Head of the
Department of Pediatric Cardiology at the Pediatric Heart Centre in Linz
and on the teaching staff at the University of Vienna. Dr. Tulzer gained
an international reputation by performing the world's first heart
operation on a baby in the womb.
