If it's an !x click, then it's the sort of click people make all the time, tongue on the roof of your mouth. I'm concerned that it doesn't have the proper notation (the accent mark) though.
(The other common clicks are a deeper click made from the side of the palate and a drawn back from the front teeth sort of click. They are spelt !c and !s though, as I distantly recall.)

Could the spelling be Xolela? Google lists a man named Xolela Mangcu.
That's about as far as I got. It seems to be a word in Ndebele meaning
"pardon." I also saw some comments on a web site indicating that the
"X" is a kind of click. I am abandoning this to the linguists.
