[PW] photo of in-utero surgery

We have a patron who wants to find a photo she saw of a fetus being operated
on in-utero and whose tiny hand clutched the surgeon's finger.  IT IS NOT
the picture of baby Sam Armas receiving spinabifida surgery and clutching
the finger of Dr. Joseph Bruner. That photo is prolific on the Internet but
is not the right one.

This photo, says the patron, was taken during HEART sugery and the surgeon
was Dr. Gerald Tulzer. And it showed the baby's tiny hand clutching Tulzer's
finger. She thinks it was on a magazine cover. We have combed the Internet
and periodical and newspaper databases. If you have any information or
clues, we'd appreciate it. Thanks.
