It's correct as you have it, except that there is an accent aigu over
both the first e in Helie and the first e in Aimee.

This is in a section described on the table of contents for the
issue as "Reports" -- it's the sixth of six such reports, and runs
only to the single page (p.73).  It describes the organization
named, gives contact address, etc.
