Hello all,

I have a professor here who needs a citation verified. No local 
libraries hold the journal, so I am hoping some of you have access. The 
citation is:

Helie-Lucas, Marie-Aimee. 1990. Women living under Islamic Laws. South 
Asia Bulletin 10(1):73.

I looked in Bibliography of Asian Studies and the journal is in there, 
but not this article. The same with PAIS. It might be a short news or 
editorial piece that is not indexed. The citation above came from 
another article: Spivak, Gayatri Chakravorty. 1992. Acting Bits/Identity 
Talk. Critical Inquiry 18(4):770-803.

If anyone has the South Asia Bulletin and could look to see if this 
article is there, it would be greatly appreciated.
