I checked redlightgreen (http://www.redlightgreen.com) and found records
below. First record is for 1982 edition.  Record following is for 1983
edition. The personal author James M. Turnock is not mentioned; however
time period is about right.  This publication was prepared with
government funding by Touche Ross (firm).  Turnock may have worked for
Touche Ross and perhaps coordinated the project or maybe was one of the
writers (?)

Wise marsupials:

A colleague's patron is searching for a report by James M. Turnock, "The

Investor's Guide to Health Maintenance Organizations" from around 1980.

We've searched WorldCat, ArticleFirst, and Google (by the author's name)

and haven't turned up anything.  Patron has seen several references to 
the item; he's been researching HMO's and their history, and he'd like 
to read the report.
