I don't know the book, but if no one else on the list does either, you might
suggest your patron try the Loganberry site for children's literature stumpers:
http://loganberrybooks.com/stump.html
It costs $2 to post a query, but the identification success rate in my
experience is pretty high, so may be considered worth it. (Standard
disclaimer: I have no connection with the site/bookstore, other than
sometimes sending in suggested answers.)
You can also search their database of previous questions and solutions
for free, though the search engine is clunky as regards reporting results.
