In my earlier submission I said they did not have an e-mail presence
because in talking with Antonio and Daniel last Christmas I was left
with the impression they did not turn their computer on unless they were
teaching at Laurentian.

I was talking with Daniel about something and he said the best way to
reach them was by mail and he gave me the address. They at least get
their mail and read it.

The family says they spend a lot of time in contemplative seclusion in
the wilderness.

I expect to see them again at Daniel's sister's home in Etobicoke. I
generally get invited to family affairs there though I'm on the other
side of the family. I just printed out Fred's original question and I'll
hand it over personally at such an occasion.

There was an email address at their site. I hope this helps.

I've been off line and just found this thread . . .

You might write to: The Tellardians
                G.B. 197, R.R. #4
                Huntsville, Ontario, P1H 2J6

They do not have a current e-mail address.

Daniel Bassie and his associate Antonio (surname unknown), teach about
Chardin and his philosophies at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ont.

They will likely take some time to reply as they are probably leading a
canoe retreat in the wilds of Algonquin Park where the group will
contemplate Chardin's works. I understand everyone takes a vow of
silence to appreciate nature and one's inner thoughts until the group
gathers daily to discuss Chardin. They resume the silence when the
session ends.

It's complicated, but I am somewhat related to, and have met, Daniel
Bassie, one of the group's founders. I don't expect to see him again
until this coming Christmas. Yes I know, it should be Tiellardians, but
it's misspelled on purpose and I can't remember why.

Cheers

Merv
