Do you know the collection _Rotten Reviews: A Literary Companion_, by  Bill 
Henderson (editor)? W. W. Norton & Company (November 1986), ISBN: 
0916366405; Penguin USA (P) (October 1987),
ISBN: 0140101950. Henderson has also compiled _Rotten Reviews II_: Penguin 
USA (P) (December 1988), ISBN: 0140112480, which I haven't seen. Good stuff.
