Looking for a story (by Andrew Lang?) about Prince Prigio, who discovers
an elixir of youth, made from the tears people shed for their dead. He
tests it out on the palace cat, who turns from being a creaky old thing
to being a purry young fellow again....

It doesn't seem to be in any of the Gren, Pink, etc Fairy Books.
