You were s-o-o close!

Go to Google. Search on "stamp out hate" (WITH the quotation marks).

Look at the results, and find the one that refers to the Stumpers Archives.

Instead of clicking on the link (at the top, where one normally clicks), 
click, instead, on the word "Cached" at the bottom.

This will bring you to the copy of the article that is on the Google 
server ... and the words are, indeed, there!!!
