[PW] ?WW II Concentration camp acronym "NSF"

During WW II as refugees were herded from concentration camp to
concentration camp there were places called "NSF points," where the refugees
were supposed to be able to find information about the different camps. I
need to know what the acronym "NSF" stood for in the context of the
concentration camps.
