Another possible avenue is to check with the State Library of New York.
The list of State Administrative Officials, 2005, lists Ms. Janet M.
Welch, State Librarian & Assistant Commissioner for Libraries, State
Library, 10C34 Cultural Education Center, Albany, NY 12230 Ph:
(518)474-5930; Fax (518) 486.6880; E-mail: jwelch2 at mail.nysed.gov. The
Reference Desk telephone: (518) 474-5355; the Contact Us page:
http://www.nysl.nysed.gov/refserv.htm . One of the staff should be able
to quickly tell you if records of the company are in any of their
archives.

Negative evidence only: couldn't find anything in the RLIN
(RLG) database either, under any of the name variations.

We no longer subscribe to the ARCHIVES USA database, but if
someone on the list does, perhaps they could check that...
