One of my favorite places to go for this kind of informaiton (I was once 
asked for consumer-report type article on artificial limbs) is DIRLINE: 
dirline.nlm.nih.gov

This not only list associations (such as the Hearing Industries Association) 
but also research institutes, government agencies, and educational 
institutions.
