[PW] Researcher's fees

   Our city attorney would like to know the average cost
that a researcher would charge to go through a medium-
size daily paper looking for specific articles. He would
be interested in an hourly rate, but would also need to
know the estimated number of hours to read through
5 years of a seven-day-a-week paper and microfilm
appropriate articles.

  I know this would only be an estimate, but if anyone
could help, I'd really appreciate it.
