  Start by checking page 101. There is a bit about  banking on that page.

Ditto, said Donna, who loved that book when she was a kid. So I took out 
my copy and went through every speech Michael (Midas) Mulligan gave, as 
well as those others gave about the banks, the looters, free enterprise, 
etc etc. Couldn't find any such mentions. I wonder if Ayn Rand said it in 
another book.
